Overview: This was a ground-floor storage room of 15m2. It was designated as commercial. The owners wanted a separate small apartment where they could have guests stay.
Project: The room was switched to residential, a bathroom was added and a bedroom on top of that with stairs. Drywall was used to enhance the beauty with spot lights throughout.
The door was changed to a sliding aluminum door and small balcony.
Since every space has and needs a story, the original old stone was uncovered from the walls and lacquered for a nice addition to the stairs.
