Overview: A beautiful Villa close to the beach that needed landscaping and details added to the 4000 m2 grounds.
Challenge: This is a summer home and cost of maintenance was important. The landscaping needed to survive without much maintenance in the winter months and the watering needed to be fully automatic.
What we did: We shaped the landscape to use the existing materials available. An irrigation system was added with battery controllers and automatic pumping station from a well. The grass and shrubs are all low-maintenance, low water variety and blend beautifully with the existing area.
Financial & Management: We helped the customer to rent this property when not in use over a period of 2 years and now the house is rented to existing people year-on-year.
